SMOKED BOURBON Flake Salt
The aroma is intoxicating, the flavor is complex and there's nothing smoke "flavored" about our Smoked Bourbon Flake Salt. Our salt is cold smoked for 8 to 12 hours in bourbon wood barrels which gives it it's smooth smoky notes. Although this is not the salt to use to flavor your pasta water, it is the perfect finisher to your completed pasta dish, and potatoes, eggs, roasted veggies, etc.
